How long does it take to integrate MiLi with our ERP or CMMS?
A baseline connection (including delta extracts) can be completed within 2-4 hours using our pre-built connectors and APIs. No core ERP custom code required, and our solution is certified by SAP.
What if we incorrectly overwrite our master data in MiLi?
All changes are staged in your dedicated MiLi instance, routed through your easily configurable approval workflow. Only once requests have been reviewed can they be approved by specific roles within your business to post back to your system of record via RFC/API, with rollback logs for every transaction.
What data security and compliance standards do you meet?
MiLi is SOC 2 Type II certified, runs in ISO 27001 data centres (located in your country of origin), encrypts data in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256), supporting SSO/SAML, and keeps EU data in-region.
When should we expect measurable ROI?
Most customers breakeven within 6 months from Go Live - driven by duplicate elimination and inventory optimization. Depending on your business and current state of your indirect material supply chain, we’ve also helped clients realize ROI within 30 minutes of implementation (pre Go Live).
