Drawing on deep expertise in technology; start-up ecosystems; and sales & marketing; Sladen has assembled an exceptionally talented leadership group to execute Lexin’s mission of enabling their customers to unlock working capital, reduce operational risk, and achieve measurable business outcomes through Lexin’s flagship software solution - MiLi.

Derek List is Co-Founder and Head of Product, where he leads the vision, strategy, and roadmap for MiLi, Lexin’s flagship software platform for optimising indirect material supply chains in asset‑intensive industries.

He plays a central role in shaping how MiLi translates complex MRO and supply chain challenges into simple, scalable solutions for Lexin’s customers.

With a background spanning product ownership, solution design, and implementation of enterprise software, Derek specializes in turning real‑world customer problems into intuitive, outcome‑driven product capabilities.

He works closely with customers, partners, and Lexin’s customer success teams to ensure MiLi continually evolves to meet industry needs, from core inventory optimization and MRP; to data analytics; process governance; and integration with SAP and Cloud based systems.

Derek is known for his collaborative, design‑led approach and his focus on measurable impact, helping customers unlock working capital, reduce operational risk, and improve decision‑making through better data and smarter tooling.

Tim McLain is Co-Founder and Director of Market Enablement and Activation at Lexin Solutions, where he focuses on aligning Lexin’s strategy and products with practical, scalable outcomes for customers and partners.

With deep expertise in MRO materials management, supply chain, and operational excellence, he helps ensure Lexin’s go‑to‑market and customer enablement efforts are tightly aligned to the needs of asset‑intensive industries.

Over a career spanning more than two decades, Tim has held senior leadership roles across global mining, manufacturing, and chemical organisations, including Incitec Pivot, BHP, OneSteel, and Holcim, where he led large‑scale improvements in warehousing, inventory, and materials management.

He has designed and delivered transformation programs that reduced working capital, improved material availability, and standardized processes and master data management initiatives across complex, multi‑site operations.

At Lexin Solutions, Tim plays a key role in shaping how the market engages with Lexin’s platforms and ideas, from thought leadership and education to customer activation and ongoing adoption.

Justin Lester is Director of Market Enablement and Activation at Lexin Solutions, where he leads initiatives that connect Lexin’s market strategy, customer engagement, and solution adoption across North America and the global Oil and Gas sector.

With nearly two decades of experience spanning across finance, supply chain, and enterprise asset management, he focuses on helping energy and asset‑intensive organisations turn technology investments into measurable business value.

Before joining Lexin Solutions, Justin held a series of senior roles at Denbury Inc., including Director of Enterprise Asset Management, Procurement & Supply Chain Management, where he led SAP EAM implementations, optimized procurement, and improved materials management across a nationwide asset base. His work there significantly reduced procurement cycle times and strengthened the organization’s ability to meet demand reliably while managing costs and risk.

An active contributor to the SAP and Asset Management community, Justin has co‑chaired the ASUG EAM Influence Council and regularly shares his insights as a speaker, panellist, and podcast guest on topics such as Operational Excellence, MRO Optimization, and Digital Transformation.

Known for his collaborative, outcomes‑driven approach, he brings together business stakeholders, operations teams, and technology experts to design practical solutions that scale in complex, real‑world environments.

With more than 15 years’ experience across maintenance, supply chain, and operations, he brings a practical, end‑to‑end view of how indirect material supply chains work in the real world and what it takes to keep them running reliably.

Before stepping into his global leadership role at Lexin, Gary built his career from the maintenance frontline and warehouse floor through to planning, scheduling, and enterprise asset management positions in asset‑intensive environments, including ExxonMobil and Denbury.

This hands‑on journey gives him a unique perspective on the day‑to‑day challenges facing maintenance, reliability, and supply chain teams, and informs his approach to designing support programs that reduce risk, optimize inventory, and improve operational readiness.

At Lexin Solutions, Gary is focused on making sure every customer engagement translates into tangible, measurable improvements, whether that is fewer MRP exceptions, reduced working capital, or more predictable maintenance execution.
